Each year Mason Spencer Lives On Foundation presents a $500 scholarship to a Tri-Valley High School senior that has the most “Mason characteristics”. We would like to announce the winner for the 2026 graduating class…. Wyatt Haworth!
Wyatt embodies the very qualities of kindness, leadership, and school spirit that would make Mason proud. Wyatt is one of those rare individuals who can walk into a room and instantly make everyone feel like a best friend; he is, quite simply, the definition of joy at TVHS.
Over the past four years, Wyatt has distinguished himself as a leader in every sense of the word and is a strong advocate for every student who walks our halls. He treats every staff member and peer with genuine respect and thoughtfulness.
When it comes to school participation, Wyatt doesn’t just show up; he gives 100%. Whether he is leading the Gold Rush student section as Captain, dressing up in wild spirit wear, or encouraging underclassmen to join in pep-assembly games, his “can-do” energy is infectious. You can count on him for anything—from cheering the loudest for our sports, music, and theater programs to stepping outside his comfort zone to try something brand new, like competing at the state horticulture contest.
Wyatt will be attending University of Illinois and plans to major in business.
Congratulations Wyatt!
